摘  要:探讨聚乳酸、聚羟基丁酸羟基戊酸共聚酯共混长丝与聚乳酸纤维复合纱的生产工艺及其抗菌性。利用聚乳酸的抗菌作用以及聚羟基丁酸羟基戊酸共聚酯的生物相容性,赋予复合纱一定的抗菌性。在细纱工序采用窄槽式负压空心罗拉集聚纺装置纺制聚乳酸纤维抗菌复合纱,实现长丝对牵伸系统输出的双聚乳酸纤维须条的包缠,有效提高了成纱综合质量。结果表明:聚乳酸纤维抗菌复合纱18 h内对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌3种细菌的抑菌率均在97%以上。认为:开发的聚乳酸纤维复合纱具有较好的抗菌性。The production process of composite yarn with polylactic acid poly hydroxybutyrate-hydroxyvaler⁃ate filament and polylactic acid fiber and its antibacterial property were discussed.By using the antibacterial function of polylactic acid and biocompatibility of poly hydroxybutyrate-hydroxyvalerate,certain antibacterial property of the composite yarn was obtained.In spinning process,polylactic acid fiber antibacterial composite yarn was spun by nar⁃row groove negative pressure hollow roller condensed spinning device to achieve double polylactic acid fiber strand from drafting system output fascinated with filament.The yarn overall quality was effectively improved.The test re⁃sults showed that the antibacterial rate of three bacteria like escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus and candida albi⁃cans for polylactic acid antibacterial composite yarn in 18 h was reached over 97%.It is considered that the developed polylactic acid composite yarn has better antibacterial property.
