精梳机锡林接针原因分析及解决措施

摘　　要：探讨精梳机锡林接针原因及解决措施。在锡林第一排齿片与上钳板钳唇相遇的位置时,上下钳板若不能完全闭合时,缩小锡林梳理隔距,一旦遇到钳板开口量急剧减小,就会导致锡林与钳板接针事故的发生。设备维护润滑操作不规范也是导致上钳板钳唇与锡林接针的诱因。简要介绍了避免锡林接针的两种确定钳板开口量的操作方法。认为:在合理缩小锡林梳理隔距、提高精梳锡林梳理效能的前提下,应根据设备实际情况来确定钳板开口量的操作方法以及相关技术措施,从而有效避免锡林齿尖与上钳板钳唇发生意外接针事故。Causes and solutions of comber cylinder needle contact were discussed.When the first row of cylin⁃der needle slice met nipper lip,if upper and lower nipper can not be completely closed,reducing cylinder carding gauge,opening amount of nipper decreased sharply,needle contact accident between cylinder and nipper would hap⁃pen.Improper equipment maintenance of lubricating operation was also the cause of needle contact between upper nipper and cylinder.Two operation methods for determining opening amount of nipper to avoid cylinder needle con⁃tact were briefly introduced.It is considered that under condition of reasonably reducing cylinder carding gauge,im⁃proving cylinder carding efficiency,open amount operating method and technology measure should be ensured ac⁃cording to equipment actual situation,then cylinder needle accident can be avoided.
