摘  要:总结一款棉粘胶莱赛尔蚕丝纬向条纹织物的设计与生产技术。介绍了研发的织物规格;保证松筒成形良好,采用活性染料染色;紧筒速度稍高,并优化电子清纱器工艺参数。采用GA121型整经机,整经速度600 m/min,卷绕密度0.48 g/cm3。选用变性淀粉为主浆料,降低上浆成本,保证上浆效果。采用JAT810型喷气织机,开口时间290°,上机张力2600 N,车速700 r/min。通过采取以上技术措施,产品顺利生产,织机效率达90%以上。认为:控制好纬纱筒子染色工艺和织造环节是保证产品顺利生产的关键。Design and production technology of cotton viscose lyocell silk weft stripe fabric were summarized.Fabric specifications developed were introduced.Loose bobbin was well formed and dyed with reactive dyes.Tight bobbin speed was slightly higher and process parameters of electronic yarn clearer were optimized.GA121 warper was adopted,warping speed was 600 m/min,winding density was 0.48 g/cm3.Modified starch was selected as main size material to reduce sizing cost and ensure sizing effect.JAT810 air-jet loom was adopted,shed time was 290°,loom tension was 2600 N,loom speed was 700 r/min.By adopting the above technology measures,products were successful produced and loom efficiency was reached over 90%.It is considered that controlling weft bobbin dyeing process and weaving process are the keys to ensure successful production.
