摘　　要：总结两种规格聚四氟乙烯加捻长丝过滤织物的生产要点。简述了聚四氟乙烯的性能;介绍了两种规格聚四氟乙烯加捻长丝过滤织物的设计规格和生产要点。针对聚四氟乙烯长丝光滑、易起静电等特点,在整经和织造工序增加静电消除装置和加湿器,明显减少了静电集聚现象。测试结果表明:生产的两款聚四氟乙烯加捻长丝过滤织物各项指标均较好,达到了用户要求。认为:减少静电聚集和磨损是保证产品顺利生产的关键。Production key points of two specifications PTFE twisted filament filter fabric were summarized.Properties of PTFE were briefly described.Design specifications and production points of two PTFE twisted fila⁃ment filter fabric specifications were introduced.In view of property of smooth and easier static electricity of PTFE filaments,static elimination devices and humidifiers in warping and weaving processes were added,static electricity accumulation phenomenon was significantly reduced.The test results showed that the produced two PTFE twisted filament filter fabrics had better indicators and met user requirements.It is considered that reducing static electricity accumulation and abrasion are the keys to ensuring successful production of products.
