摘 要:目的探究脂蛋白(a)和血清胆红素联合检验诊断冠心病应用价值体会。方法选择我院住院部2018年9月~2019年10月的84例冠心病患者为实验组,再选取同期40例门诊健康体检者为对照组,比较两组患者检测的脂蛋白(a)量、总胆红素量和直接胆红素量。结果经过两组患者检验对比后,实验组患者的脂蛋白(a)检测值显著高于对照组,总胆红素检测值明显低于对照组,检测结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但直接胆红素检测结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂蛋白(a)的升高,胆红素的降低与冠心病的发生、发展密切相关,其联合检测对冠心病的诊断具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the value of combined detection of lipoprotein(a)and serum bilirubin in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease from September 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 40 healthy outpatients in the same period were selected as the control group.Lipoprotein(a),total bilirubin and direct bilirubin levels were compared between the two groups.Results After comparing the two groups of patients,the detection value of lipoprotein(a)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the detection value of total bilirubin was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the results of direct bilirubin test(P>0.05).Conclusion The increase of lipoprotein(a)and the decrease of bilirubin are closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,Its combined detection has important clinical value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
