中医治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者运用中医治疗的临床效果。方法选取在2017年12月~2019年6月本院收治的糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者150例,随机分为观察组,运用中医治疗,和对照组,进行常规治疗,各75例。结果相比于对照组(81.33%),观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)较高,不良反应发生率(5.33%)较低(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症患者运用中医治疗后,可以促进治疗效果有效提高,同时能够减少不良反应的发生。【Objective】To explore the clinical effect of TCM treatment in patients with diabetic pruritus.Methods 150 patients with diabetic pruritus treated in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group,using traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and control group,for routine treatment,75 each.Results Compared with the control group(81.33%),the total effective rate(93.33%)and the incidence of adverse reactions(5.33%)were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with diabetic pruritus treated with Chinese medicine can promote the effect of treatment high,while reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
