无偿机采血小板献血者的心理护理干预研究

摘　　要：目的探究无偿机采血小板献血者的心理护理干预方式和效果。方法将本站186例进行无偿机采血小板捐献的献血者作为本次探究对象,根据不同的护理方式分为对比组和探究组各93例,对比组献血者应用常规护理步骤,探究组应用心理护理干预步骤,仔细观察献血者们的心理情绪变化状况。结果探究组献血者的HAMA评分、SAS评分、HAMD评分、SDS评分均优于对比组,P<0.05。结论优质的心理护理能够在很大程度上减缓献血者的抑郁或焦虑等不良情绪,使献血者的情绪保持稳定,也可以有效减轻献血过程中献血者会出现的不良反应,建议推广应用。Objective to explore the psychological nursing intervention mode and effect of voluntary platelet donors.Methods the home station 186 cases to carry out free machine mining platelets of donors,as the object,according to the different ways of nursing were divided into control group and explore groups(93 cases,control group donor applied routine nursing procedure,explore group applied psychological nursing intervention steps,carefully observe the mental mood change status of the donors.Results HAMA scores,SAS scores,HAMD scores and SDS scores of the donors in the exploration group were all better than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion high-quality psychological care can greatly relieve the donors'bad emotions such as depression or anxiety,keep the donors'emotions stable,and effectively reduce the donors'adverse reactions in the process of blood donation.It is suggested to promote the application.
