彩超指引宫腔镜下宫腔粘连合并宫内妊娠物清除术的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究将彩超指引宫腔镜下宫腔黏连融入宫内妊娠物清除手术中的实际效果。方法在2018年12月~2019年12月间于我院施行治疗的患者中随机选取60例进行研究,对所有患者在彩超指引宫腔镜下分离宫腔黏连,再对患者施行妊娠物清除手术。结果患者手术一天后的血HCC值明显比患者手术前的血HCC值更低,差异极具统计学意义(P<0.05)。施行手术后患者并发症的发生概率明显比手术前更低,所有患者的治疗效果全部达到治愈标准,比率为100%,差异极具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将彩超指引宫腔镜下宫腔黏连融入宫内妊娠物清除手术中的实际效果明显,不仅实现了操作上的便捷,最主要的是能够帮助患者子宫尽快恢复健康状态。Objective to investigate the effect of color ultrasound guided hysteroscopy in the removal of intrauterine pregnancy.Methods a total of 60 patients were randomly selected from our hospital between December 2018 and December 2019,all of whom were separated from the uterine cavity by ultrasound guided hysteroscopy,and then underwent gestational material removal surgery.Results the blood HCC value of the patients one day after surgery was significantly lower than that of the patients before surgery,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the patients after the operation than before the operation,and the therapeutic effect of all the patients reached the standard of cure,the rate was 100%,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion the application of color ultrasound in the removal of intrauterine pregnancy under hysteroscopy has a significant practical effect,which not only makes the operation convenient,but also helps the uterus to recover as soon as possible.
