摘  要:光伏高渗透电网故障冲击下的频率特性及其优化措施,是当前电力电子化发展趋势下电力系统关注的重点和热点。建立了计及低电压穿越(low voltage ride through,LVRT)功能的光伏发电机电暂态仿真模型,构建了规模化光伏并网测试系统;利用大扰动激励法,研究了故障期间及恢复过程中光伏发电功率特性,并分析了控制模式、控制参数等强相关因素对其影响。针对光伏高渗透的西藏中部电网,仿真评估了受电联络线经短路故障冲击开断后,光伏发电LVRT对电网频率特性的影响,针对存在的威胁稳定运行的低频问题,提出了光伏发电的优化控制策略,并仿真验证了有效性。The frequency characteristics and optimization measures of photovoltaic high penetration power grid after fault impact are the focus and hotspot of power system under current development trend of power electronics.In this paper,an electromechanical transient simulation model of photovoltaic power generation system considering low voltage ride through(LVRT)function is established.On this basis,a scaled photovoltaic grid-connected test system is constructed.The power characteristics of the system during fault period and fault recovery process are studied using large disturbance excitation method(LDEM),and the influence of strongly related factors,such as photovoltaic control mode and control parameters,on the system is analyzed.For the photovoltaic high penetration Central Tibet power grid,the influence of LVRT on the frequency characteristics of the grid is evaluated after disconnection of tie line under short-circuit fault.Aiming at the low-frequency problem threatening stable operation of the grid,an optimization strategy of photovoltaic control is proposed,and its effectiveness is verified through simulation.
