摘 要:在对电热联合系统源侧灵活性改造的基础上,协调运用电热柔性负荷以进一步增强系统风电消纳能力。建立了纯凝火电机组深度调峰运行成本、补贴及分摊模型,以蓄热罐蓄放热特性为基础建立了配置蓄热罐后的等效热电机组调节范围扩展模型,并以弃风开启的调峰电锅炉为可调节电负荷、其输出为可调节热负荷,构建了以总运行成本最小为目标、综合考虑热电机组调节范围扩展、火电机组深度调峰改造及负荷侧可控电锅炉3种弃风消纳方案的电热联合系统优化调度模型。算例分析表明,所提模型能够对3种方案的任意组合场景进行仿真,且能在利用源侧灵活性的同时挖掘负荷侧调节潜力,依次调度成本低、消纳效果好的可调度资源,实现弃风的低成本梯级消纳。The application of flexible heat-power load to further improve the wind power accommodation capability is discussed on the basis of improving the source-side flexibility of the combined heat and power(CHP)system.The operation and compensation cost models as well as the cost allocation model for depth peak load cycling of the thermal power units are established.Based on the analysis of the heat accumulator heat storage and release characteristics,the regulation range expansion of the equivalent CHP units with the heat accumulator is modeled as well.Furthermore,regarding the total operation cost minimum as the target function,this paper presents an optimal dispatching model of CHP system with the combination of 3 wind power accommodation schemes-the regulation range expansion of CHP units,the deep peaking transformation of the thermal power units and the load-side controllable electric boiler.In this model,the abandoned-wind-start peak-shaving electric boiler is treated as a controllable electric load,and its output as a controllable heat load.A numerical example illustrates that the model can be used to analyze and compare the arbitrary combination scenes of the above 3 wind power accommodation schemes and tap the load-side peak regulation potential while employing source-side flexibility,and in turn dispatch the low-cost,good-consumption schedulable resources to achieve the low-cost cascade dissipation.
