摘 要:我国社会经济的快速发展给工程项目管理带来了严峻挑战,传统的管理方法已经落后时代要求。随着新型基础设施建设的加速,工程项目管理必将面临更加复杂、更加艰巨的局面。文章引入供应链管理思想及供应链金融的管理思想,深入探索工程项目供应链管理集成体系和工程项目供应链金融管理体系,以持续的创新思想推动工程项目供应链金融管理模式发展,迎接数字化、平台化、绿色化和智能化工程项目供应链金融管理发展趋势,为提高我国工程项目管理能力提供可行的理论方法。The rapid development of China’s economy and society has brought serious challenges to project management,and traditional management methods have fallen behind the requirements of the era.With the acceleration of the construction of new infrastructure,project management will face a more complicated and arduous situation.This paper introduces supply chain management and supply chain finance management ideas to explore engineering project supply chain management integration system and engineering project supply chain finance management system to promote the development of engineering project supply chain finance management model with continuous innovative ideas and push forward the digitalization,platformization,greenization and intellectualization development trends of engineering project supply chain finance management,which provides a feasible theoretical method for improving the management capability of engineering projects in China.
