摘　　要：文章通过分析产品的结构特点,利用3D饰件双色注塑模具进行注塑成型试验。结合注塑成型过程中出现的缺陷,评估分析成型后的双色饰件3D效果与成型质量,开发出用于双色激光饰件的成型工艺,进而提出成型3D双色激光饰件的关键技术。In this article,the product structure is analyzed and the 3D trim bi-color injection mold is used for injection molding test.Combined with the defects in the injection molding process and related solutions,the molding process of the bi-color laser trim is determined,and the key technologies of 3D bi-color laser trim are proposed.
