摘　　要：为满足产品型谱配置复杂化、开发过程敏捷化、数据用户响应及时化对产品数据更高质量的要求,整车企业在产品数据管理业务中必须进行数字化转型。文章阐述了一种基于全生命周期的整车开发BOM(Bill of material)质量数字化管理平台的研究和创建。分别从基础定义、数字化模型开发、过程控制管理及数据运行状态监控机制各方面展开论述。最后论述了该平台的构建对提升企业竞争力的重要战略意义。To meet the challenge of rapid expansion of product classification,accelerating pace of new vehicles lauch and huge rise of quick respond to customised requirements,digital transformation is needed for automotive enterprises within product data management business.A digitalization Platform of vehicle Development BOM management based on whole life circle is studyed and established in this paper.The basic definition,development of digitalization model,details of process on BOM quality management and the mechanism of data running are discussed in this paper.Finally,the benefits of this model to vehicle enterprises core competitiveness are concluded.
