摘 要:双馈风电场经柔性直流输电并网或经串补线路送出时均发生过次同步振荡(subsynchronous oscillation,SSO),而双馈风电场经电网换相高压直流输电(line-commutatedconverter based high voltage direct current,LCC-HVDC)送出时是否会出现SSO尚不明确,亟需开展相关研究。该文采用模块化建模方法建立研究系统的小信号模型,并将其与PSCAD/EMTDC中的电磁暂态模型进行阶跃响应对比,验证小信号模型的正确性。然后,通过特征值分析及参与因子分析研究双馈风电场和LCC-HVDC间的相互作用,并分析系统参数改变对稳定性的影响。结果显示,不存在双馈风电场和LCC-HVDC的状态变量共同参与的振荡模式,表明双馈风电场和LCC-HVDC间的相互作用不明显,不会由此导致SSO;当并网风电机组台数或输电线路长度增加时,发电机模式阻尼增强,锁相环-直流电压外环模式阻尼减弱。Subsynchronous oscillation(SSO)occasionally occurs when doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)-based wind farm is integrated with the voltage-source-converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)system or the series-compensated line.However,it is not clear whether SSO will emerge when the DFIG-based wind farm is integrated with the line-commutated-converter based high voltage direct current(LCC-HVDC)system,which should be urgently studied.The small-signal model of the research system was established by using modular modeling method,and validated by comparing time-domain step responses between the small-signal model and the electromagnetic transient model in PSCAD/EMTDC.Then,the interaction between DFIG-based wind farm and LCC-HVDC was studied by eigenvalue analysis and participation factor analysis,and the influence of system parameter variation on stability was analyzed.The results show that there is no oscillation mode in which the state variables of DFIG-wind farm and LCC-HVDC participate together,which indicates that the interaction between DFIG-wind farm and LCC-HVDC is very weak and will not lead to SSO.When the number of DFIGs or the length of transmission line increases,the damping of generator mode increases,and the damping of phase-locked loop-DC voltage outer loop mode decreases.
