摘 要:介绍了国外关于ADI研发的一些最新进展,包括ADI微观组织的电子显微镜观察研究和采用电子背散射衍射技术对ADI微观组织的研究、ADI的环境脆化问题和应对措施,并详细阐述了除了传统的热处理方法以外ADI的其他处理方法:铸态奥铁体球墨铸铁,奥氏体形变ADI,含碳化物ADI,双相ADI,挤压铸造+直接热处理ADI,低碳当量ADI,无奥氏体ADI,局部ADI,双相纳米组织ADI及两阶段ADI。最后指出:这些研究使我们对ADI的微观组织和性能有了进一步的理解,同时为后续研究提供了更方便、可靠、成本效益高的处理方法,为进一步扩大ADI的应用提供了思路和途径。Some recent progresses of ADI research and development abroad were introduced including electron microscope observation research of ADI microstructures and using electron backscatter diffraction to research ADI microstructure,enviro-nmental embrittlement problem and countermeasures of ADI,and besides traditional heat treatment methods,other treatment methods of ADI were described in detail:as-cast ausferrite nodular iron,austenite deformation ADI,carbide-containing ADI,biphasic ADI,squeezing cast+direct heat treated ADI,low CE ADI,austenite-less ADI,local ADI,biphasic nanoparticles and two stages ADI.It was pointed out finally:these researches gave us a further understanding of the microstructure and properties of ADI,at the same time,it provided a more convenient,reliable and cost-effective treatment method for subsequent research,and provided ideas and ways to further expand the application of ADI.
