摘　　要：针对外热风水冷冲天炉控制的“短板”问题,提出了一种基于焦炭燃烧理论、以燃烧比进行冲天炉风焦联合控制的数值模型,讨论了热风单元和除尘系统正常工作所涉及的燃烧学问题,提出了一种由三级炉气成分在线检测仪组成的热风单元控制系统,指出了除尘系统处理风量的控制要点和风量控制方式。给出了以下建议:运用焦炭、CO燃烧的有关理论,设计冲天炉熔化系统各项技术参数,以冲天炉风焦联合控制为起点,逐步研发中国的冲天炉专家系统,同时对热风单元和除尘系统作综合研究分析、精心计算,确保外热风水冷冲天炉的各项参数得到有效控制。In order to solve the short board problem of the external hot-blast water-cooled cupola,a numerical model which based on coke combustion theory,using combustion ratio to conduct blast volume-coke amount combined control was proposed.The combustion problems involved in the normal operation of hot blast unit and dust removal system were discussed,a control system of hot blast unit constituted of three-stage on-line detector of furnace gas composition was proposed.The main control points and the control mode of blast volume in dust removal system were pointed out.The following suggestions were given:by applying the theory of coke and CO combustion,design technical parameters of cupola melting system,taking cupola blast-coke joint control as the starting point,to develop step by step the Chinese expert system of cupola,at the same time,comprehensively research and analyze the hot blast unit and dust removal system,carefully calculate,to ensure the parameters of the external hot blast water cooled cupola to be effectively controlled.
