摘  要:介绍了凸轮轴铸件的结构及技术要求,阐述了激冷灰铸铁凸轮轴的生产条件及工艺。针对凸轮硬度低及凸轮芯部硬度高等问题,采取了以下措施:(1)调整炉料配比,减少废钢的加入量,控制白口深度;(2)根据每包的三角试块白口深度,判断调整下包的孕育剂加入量;(3)改进基圆冷铁的形状结构,减少激冷效果,保证凸轮芯部石墨含量。生产结果显示:浇注了360件凸轮轴,凸轮激冷深度明显提高,硬度也都在要求范围内,凸轮芯部硬度也降到285 HB以内,铸件硬度不合格率控制在0.5%以内。The structure and technical requirements of camshaft castings were introduced.The production conditions and processes of chilled gray iron camshafts were described.In order to solve the problems of low cam surface hardness and high cam core hardness,the following measures had been taken:(1)Adjusting the proportion of the charge,reducing the amount of scrap added,and controlling the chill depth.(2)According to the chill depth of each pack of triangle test blocks,determine and adjust the amount of inoculant added in the pack.(3)Improve the shape and structure of the base round chill iron,reduce the chilling effect,and ensure the graphite content of the cam core.The production results after 360 pieces of camshaft showed that,the depth of the chilling of the cam was significantly increased,the hardness was within the required range,the hardness of the cam core was also reduced to within 285 HB,and the failure rate of casting hardness was controlled within 0.5%.
