摘  要:介绍了4E刹车鼓因砂型膨胀造成铸件沟槽、夹砂及结疤等缺陷的形成机理,并对影响因素进行逐一剖析,根据分析及验证结果,有针对性地采取了工艺措施,使问题得以解决,得出以下结论:(1)针对湿型粘土砂铸件产生夹砂及沟槽缺陷,应从减少砂型热膨胀、提高型砂热湿拉强度、减低砂型受热程度及利用铁液压力阻止砂型膨胀等方面入手,并根据实际情况采取相应措施;(2)对湿型粘土砂系统来说,不论铸件产生何种形式型砂方面的缺陷,最重要的是了解该系统所能承受的热负载及实际生产中能够采取的应对措施。The formation mechanism of the sand mold expansion-caused groove defect,scab defect and scar defect of 4E brake drum were introduced,and the influential factors were analyzed one by one.Based on analysis and validation results,pertinent process measures have been adopted and solved above problems.Following conclusions were obtained:(1)To eliminate the scab and groove defects of green clay sand mold we should start with reducing the thermal expansion of sand mold,improving the thermal wet tensile strength of sand mold,reducing the heating degree of sand mold and preventing the expansion of sand mold by using ironliquid pressure,and take corresponding measures according to the actual situation.(2)For the green clay sand mold system,regardless of molding sand related defects occurring with the casting,the most important thing was to understand the heat load that the system could withstand and the measures that could be taken in practical production.
