摘  要:介绍了MA型大平面注塑机模板铸件的结构及技术要求,从模具设计、浇注系统设计、铁液成分控制、球化处理、孕育处理等多方面出发,设计了大平面注塑机模板铸件的生产工艺,并且在操作过程中对每一道工序进行严格控制,成功生产出了合格的铸件。经检测,附铸试块的球化率达到95%,石墨大小达到6级,抗拉强度410 MPa,屈服强度285 MPa,伸长率13.5%,硬度165 HB,均满足技术要求,铸件依据EN 12680-3和EN 1369标准进行100%超声波探伤及磁粉探伤,铸件质量完全满足铸件验收规范。The structure and technical requirements of the MA type large plane injection molding machine casting were introduced.From the aspects of mold design,pouring system design,molten iron composition control,spheroidizing treatment,inoculation treatment,the large plane injection molding machine template casting was designed.Each process in the operation was under strict control and the qualified castings were successfully produced.After testing,the spheroidization rate of the attached test block reached 95%and graphite size reached grade 6.The tensile strength was 410 MPa and the yield strength was 285 MPa.The elongation rate was 13.5%,and the hardness was 165 HB.All of them met the technical requirements.Ultrasonic inspection and magnetic particle inspection tests were proformed on every production by EN 12680-3 and EN 1369 standards.The quality of castings fully met the casting acceptance standards.
