摘 要:通过水热法在碳纤维表面负载TiO2纳米棒,再对其进行碱处理得到TiO2纳米管在碳纤维表面均匀分布。利用场发射扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱和X射线衍射光谱对复合材料进行表征,并对其光催化性能进行测定。实验结果表明:制备得到的TiO2纳米管为锐钛矿型,其外径、内径和管壁厚度分别约为8.6,5.1和1.8 nm,碳纤维表面负载的TiO2纳米管层厚度为9.3μm。该复合材料对亚甲基蓝具有较好的光催化效果和稳定性。TiO2 nanotubes on carbon fibers were prepared by a hydrothermal synthesis method based on alkali treatment of TiO2 nanorods on carbon fibers.The composite was characterized with field emission scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer,and its photocatalytic properties were determined by degrading methylene blue.The results show that the prepared TiO2 nanotubes are anatase type,and the outer diameter,inner diameter and wall thickness of TiO2 nanotubes are about 8.6,5.1 and 1.8nm,respectively.The thickness of TiO2 nanotubes layer supported on carbon fiber is 9.3μm.The composite has good photocatalytic activity and photostability to degrade methylene blue.
