大学校长治校作用怎样科学发挥——一项基于知识分子类型的解释学分析

摘　　要：通过调查发现,大多数校长在大学办学治校的作用发挥中仍然存在较大空间,很多时候校长没有充分发挥应有的作用。基于知识分子类型的角度对该问题进行分析,大学是一个有"大脑"的组织,中国大学治理背后的深层问题是,作为大学"大脑"关键承担者和首席执行官的大学校长普遍拘泥于"特殊知识分子"的作用开展治校,校长的作用难以科学发挥。在建设一流大学的新时代,解决此问题的路径是:大学校长从"特殊知识分子"向"理想知识分子"发展是当今中国大学治理体系和治理能力建设需要高度重视的。在这个过程中,大学校长需要从中国传统精神家园里寻找支撑"理想知识分子"的精神基因,培育好"理想知识分子"身上普遍的人性特质,发挥好"理想知识分子"的作用。Through the survey,it is found that most university presidents still have much space for the improvement of their roles in school running and governance,and in many cases the presidents do not give full play to their due roles.Based on the analysis of the type of intellectuals,the university is a brain-oriented organization,and the deep problem behind the governance of Chinese universities is that a university president,who acts as the key bearer and CEO of the university"brain",is generally stuck with the role of a"special intellectual"in running school,and the role of president is difficult to play scientifically.In the new era of building first-class universities,the way to solve this problem is:the transformation of university presidents’role from"special intellectuals"to"ideal intellectuals"needs to be attached great importance in China’s university governance system and capacity building.In this process,university presidents need to find spiritual genes that support"ideal intellectuals"from traditional Chinese spiritual homes,cultivate the universal human characteristics of the"ideal intellectual"and play the role of"ideal intellectual".
