摘  要:野燕麦(Avena fatua L.)为一年生草本,多生于南北疆平原绿洲及山区。具有早熟、耐冷、抗旱、耐瘠薄、蛋白质含量高、含有丰富氨基酸及矿质营养元素等特性。茎和叶片都均可调制干草,属于优质高产粮饲兼用育种材料。本文选取野燕麦为试验材料,对幼苗采用干旱胁迫处理的方法,对其进行生理生化指标的检测,目的在于探究野燕麦在干旱胁迫下的响应机制。结果表明:随着胁迫天数的增加,野燕麦叶片相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量以及丙二醛含量均出现显著积累,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性出现前期上升后期下降的趋势,光合作用呈现出显著下降趋势。该研究结果显示野燕麦具有较强抗旱能力,但随着胁迫强度的增加,其抗性减弱。Wild oat(Avena fatua L.)is a kind of annual herb,mostly found in the oases and mountainous areas of the northern and southern plain of Xinjiang.It has the characteristics of early maturity,cold tolerance,drought resistance,barren tolerance,high protein content,rich in amino acids and mineral nutrients,etc.Both the stems and leaves can be used to prepare hay,and it belongs to both high-quality and high-yield grain and feed varieties.In this study,wild oats were selected as experimental materials,and the seedlings were treated with drought stress to detect relevant physiological and biochemical indicators so as to explore the response mechanism of wild oats under drought stress.The results showed that,with the increase of stress days,the relative conductivity,free proline content and malondialdehyde content of wild oat leaves were significantly accumulated,while the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)were increased in the early stage and decreased in the later stage,and photosynthesis was significantly decreased.As a conclusion,wild oats had strong drought resistance and were suitable for planting in semi-arid areas.
