摘　　要：目前,外科手术量在快速扩增,我们在追求医疗效率的同时,不应忽视医疗安全。规范化管理麻醉,改进与循证医学不相符的一些传统理念和做法,与麻醉质量和患者安全息息相关。医疗机构和科室在注重人才队伍专业能力培养同时,也应关注医务人员的身心健康,给予人文关怀,共同努力确保医疗安全。With the rapid expansion of surgical procedures,medical safety should not be ignored while we pursue the medical efficiency.The standardized management of anesthesia as well as the transformation of traditional concepts and changes in clinical practices that are inconsistent with the ideas of evidence-based medicine are closely related to the quality of anesthesia and patient safety.In addition to the cultivation of anesthesiologists professional ability,medical institutions and departments should pay more attention to their physical and mental health wellbeing.Together we make a collective effort to ensure medical saftey.
