摘　　要：目的探索品管圈活动在提高产妇镇痛分娩满意度中的质量管理效果。方法由我院4名麻醉科医生,1名产科医生,1名麻醉科护士联合组成一个“圈”,确定以“提高产妇镇痛分娩满意度”为活动主题,运用PDCA循环,分析影响产妇镇痛分娩满意度的因素并采取相应的措施,实施质量持续改进。结果通过问卷调查,产妇镇痛分娩满意度由活动前的56%上升至活动后的94%,目标值为88.38%,目标达成率为106%。结论通过品管圈活动,运用质量控制方法,提高医护人员镇痛分娩主动性、创新性和积极性,进而提高了产妇镇痛分娩满意度,对镇痛分娩工作规模化开展发挥了积极作用。Objective To explore the quality management effect of quality control circle activities in improving the satisfaction degree of painless delivery.Methods Four anesthesiologists,one obstetrician and one anesthesia nurse in our hospital jointly formed a“circle”themed“Improving Maternal Satisfaction Degree with Painless Delivery”.PDCA cycle was used to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction degree of painless delivery and corresponding measures were taken to implement continuous quality improvement.Results Through the questionnaire survey,the maternal painless delivery satisfaction degree increased from 56%before the activity to 94%after the activity,the target value was 88.38%and the target achievement rate was 106%.Conclusion Through the activities of quality control circle and the application of quality control techniques,the initiative and innovation of medical staff in the application of painless delivery were enhanced,and then the satisfaction degree of painless delivery was improved,which played a positive role in the scale development of painless delivery.
