摘　　要：目的了解华东地区一线管制员心理健康基本情况及其影响因素,对一线管制单位关注的管制员心理健康问题提出有益建议。方法采用自编《管制员症状自评量表(SCL-90)》,于2019年3-5月对华东地区一线管制员、见习管制员及管制方向在校生进行调查,运用多元线性回归模型分析各因素对管制员心理健康的影响程度,并对数据进行分析。结果79名管制员的SCL-90测试总分(154.13±73.64)和阳性项目数[(37.28±28.47)个]均高于全国常模[总分为129.96±38.76,阳性项目数为(24.92±18.41)个]。多元线性回归分析表明,管制员心理健康与工作环境、工龄和喝酒呈正相关(P<0.05),与家庭月收入、抽烟和体育锻炼与文娱活动呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论华东地区一线管制员心理健康状况不容乐观,应采取相应帮扶措施提高管制员心理健康水平。Objective To understand the basic situation and influencing factors of mental health of front-line air traffic controllers in eastern China,put forward suggestions on the mental health problems of controllers concerned by the front-line control units.Methods The self-compiled"Controller Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90)"was used to conduct a survey on front-line controllers,trainee controllers and students in air traffic management major in eastern China from March to May 2019.The multiple linear regression model was exerted to analyze the influence degrees of various factors on the psychological health of controllers,and the data were analyzed.Results The total score of SCL-90 test(154.13±73.64)and the number of positive items(37.28±28.47)of79 controllers were both higher than the national norm(total score of 129.96±38.76,positive item number of 24.92±18.41).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that mental health of controllers was positively correlated with working environment,working years and drinking(P<0.05),while negatively correlated with monthly family income,smoking,physical exercise and recreational activities(P<0.05).Conclusion The front-line air traffic controllers’mental health status in eastern China is not optimistic and measures should be taken to improve the mental health of controllers.
