摘 要:目的调查本科实习护生学业支持感知与专业承诺的现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法于2019年3-5月采用一般资料调查表、实习护生学业支持感知量表和大学生专业承诺量表对安徽省4所医学院校455名本科实习护生进行问卷调查。结果实习护生学业支持感知得分为6.78±1.56,得分最高的维度是临床指导老师的学业支持(7.13±1.73),得分最低的维度是学校/学院的学业支持(6.24±1.92);专业承诺得分为3.38±0.50,得分最高的维度是规范承诺(3.82±0.55),得分最低的维度是继续承诺(3.10±0.49)。实习护生学业支持感知与专业承诺呈正相关(P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示,临床指导老师的学业支持是专业承诺的影响因素(P<0.01)。结论实习护生学业支持感知对专业承诺有显著影响,应加强实习护生的学业支持,尤其是临床指导老师的学业支持,增强护生实习自信心,提高专业承诺水平。Objective To investigate the current situation of academic support perception and professional commitment of undergraduate nursing probationer students,analyze the correlation between them.Methods From March to May 2019,a total of455 undergraduate nursing probationer students from four medical colleges in Anhui Province were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,Academic Support in the Practicum Scale and Professional Commitment Scale.Results The score of academic support perception in undergraduate nursing probationer students was 6.78±1.56,and the dimension with the highest score was academic support from the clinical preceptor(7.13±1.73),while the dimension with the lowest score was academic support from the school/academic institution(6.24±1.92).The score of professional commitment was 3.38±0.50,and the dimension with the highest score was the normative commitment(3.82±0.55),while the dimension with the lowest score was the continuance commitment(3.10±0.49).There was a significant positive correlation between academic support perception and professional commitment of nursing probationer students(P<0.01).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the academic support from the clinical preceptor was the influencing factor of professional commitment.Conclusion The perception of academic support has a significant impact on the professional commitment of nursing probationer students,so it is necessary to strengthen the academic support of nursing students,especially the academic support from the clinical preceptor,to enhance the self-confidence of nursing students in practice and improve the level of professional commitment.
