摘 要:针对机制砂混凝土在甘肃河西地区干旱多风气候条件下易产生早期开裂的问题,研究高吸水树脂(SAP)对机制砂混凝土的自收缩、干燥收缩和抗裂性的影响,对比分析了SAP在标准养护和模拟养护条件下对机制砂混凝土强度发展的影响.结果表明:SAP内养护法可有效抑制机制砂混凝土的自收缩和干燥收缩,显著降低机制砂混凝土在模拟环境条件下的开裂风险;在模拟河西地区气候条件下,SAP的掺入能够有效保证机制砂混凝土的强度发展,但随着SAP掺量的增加,强度有所下降.综合考虑混凝土的自收缩、干燥收缩、抗裂性和强度的影响,建议在甘肃河西地区大风低湿度条件下SAP的掺量为0.76 kg/m^3,内养护水引入量为9.45 kg/m^3.In view of the early cracking problems of manufactured sand concrete caused by the special climate in Hexi region,the influence of super absorbent polymer(SAP)to autogenous shrinkage,drying shrinkage and crack resistance of manufactured sand concrete was studied.Meanwhile,the effect of SAP on the strength of the manufactured sand concrete under standard curing and simulated curing conditions was compared.The results show that SAP internal maintenance method can effectively inhibit autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of manufactured sand concrete,and significantly reduce the cracking risk of manufactured sand concrete in the environment of Hexi region.In addition,the incorporation of SAP can effectively ensure the strength of manufactured sand concrete under the climatic conditions of Hexi region.But the strength decreases with the increase of the SAP content.Based on comprehensive consideration of autogenous shrinkage,drying shrinkage,shrinkage and strength,it is suggested that the SAP dosage is 0.76 kg/m^3 and the amount of internal curing water introduced is 9.45 kg/m^3 under the windy humidity conditions in Hexi region.
