摘　　要：研究了天然抗氧化剂“山茶提取物”在化妆品植物润肤油体系中的抗氧化效果。通过在化妆品润肤油中添加不同种类的抗氧化剂,以润肤油体系中油脂氧化诱导时间、DPPH自由基清除率、不同存储条件下的色差作为油脂稳定性评价指标。结果表明:山茶提取物对润肤油的氧化稳定性能较其它抗氧化剂更好。Antioxidant effect of natural antioxidant"camellia extract"in cosmetic plant emollient oil system.Different types of antioxidants were added to cosmetic emollients.Induction time of lipid oxidation,DPPH free radical scavenging rate and color difference under different storage conditions were used indicators of oil stability evaluation.Results showed that"camellia extract"has the better oxidative stability for emollient oils.
