摘 要:本文主要利用有机酸(马来酸酐、硬脂酸、钛酸酯)作为滑石粉的修饰剂,对滑石粉进行干法修饰,而后利用石蜡对滑石粉进行二次包覆制备了有机修饰滑石粉,并将其作为塑料填料填充到聚丙烯(PP)中制备了改性滑石粉/PP复合材料。考察了修饰剂种类、修饰剂用量和填料用量对PP复合材料力学性能的影响。为了考察有机酸改性滑石粉对PP复合材料力学性能的影响,本论文还利用了硬脂酸与钛酸酯作为修饰剂,制备了改性滑石粉/PP复合材料。实验结果表明:当马来酸酐修饰剂用量为5%,填料用量为10 phr时,马来酸酐改性滑石粉/PP复合材料的综合力学性能最佳。DSC测试表明修饰剂和滑石粉的添加能够提高PP复合材料的Tm,使聚合物的结晶更完全,增强了PP复合材料的耐热性;TGA测试表明修饰剂改性滑石粉/PP复合材料在380℃范围内具有好的热稳定性。In this thesis,talc powder was modified by dry modification using organic acids(maleic anhydride,stearic acid,titanate)as modifier of talc powder,and then organic modified active talc powder wasprepared by secondary coating of talc powder with paraffin,and was filled into polypropylene(PP)as plastic filler to prepare modified talc/PP composite.The effects of types of modifiers,dosage of modifiers and fillers on the comprehensive mechanical properties of PP composites were investigated.In order to investigate the influence of organic acids modified talc powder on the mechanical properties of PP composites,this paper also used stearic acid and titanate as modifiers to prepare modified talc powder/PP composites.The experimental results show that When the dosage of maleic anhydride modifier is 5%and filler is 10 phr,the comprehensive mechanical property of talc powder/PP composites modified by maleic anhydride are the best.DSC test showed that the addition of modifier and talc could improve the Tm of PP composites,make the crystallization of polymer more complete,and enhance the heat resistance of PP composites.TGA test shows that talc/PP composite modified by modifier has good thermal stability at 380℃.
