摘　　要：本文介绍了一种高塔硝基复合肥改造生产尿基复合肥的方法,使高塔既能保持生产硝基复合肥又能生产尿基复合肥。重点简述了改在方案以及化工投料试车情况。实现对化肥产品结构的调整,提高化肥产品的市场适应性和竞争力。具有尿素熔融装置简单、流程短、易于操作控制、改造投资省、占地少、施工周期短的特点。This article introduces a method of transforming high-nitrogen compound fertilizer to produce urea-based compound fertilizer,so that high-tower can maintain the production of nitro-compound fertilizer and urine-based compound fertilizer.Emphasis is briefly given to the change plan and the commissioning of chemical materials.Realize the adjustment of chemical fertilizer product structure,improve the market adaptability and competitiveness of chemical fertilizer products.The transformation process device is simple,the process is short,and it is easy to operate and control;the transformation investment is low,the land occupation is small,and the construction period is short.
