细长型LNG管廊的称重计算分析

摘　　要：异地建造的LNG模块化工厂单个模块建造完成后的称重作业为后续的吊装和装船提供必要的重量重心数据,是整个建造环节中必不可少的一个步骤。细长型的管廊结构其上主要布置各类工艺管线,因其长度较大,长度方向的整体刚性相对普通模块要低。在进行称重状态校核时,除了对结构整体强度进行校核,对整体变形量易要进行校核控制。本文以某项目的管廊结构进行称重千斤顶布置及相应的校核分析,为后续类似项目的称重计算分析提供参考。Weighing works is a necessary and important step for the construction works.It’s usually be done before the lifting works.For LNG pipe rack length usually is much bigger than width,and the rigidity in the longitudinal direction is much worse the transverse direction,and much worse than general modules during the weighing works.Before the weighing works,the jack lay out and structure strength and deformation should be calculated and accepted.This paper give an analysis method for this kind structure’s weighing works which can be referenced for the same kind of project.
