多点式地面火炬长周期运行工艺研究

摘　　要：多点式地面火炬作为一种新型的大型石油化工企业废气燃烧处理设施,因其安装高度低、易维修、自动化程度高、处理量大等特点,得到越来越广泛的应用。某乙烯厂的多点式地面火炬投用7年来,已顺利经过一个大修周期。在长周期运行过程中,出现了一些如长明灯堵塞、火炬头堵塞、回收气总管带液、回收压缩机运行不稳定等生产难题。现就这些生产难题的应对策略进行详细的论述。Multi point ground torch as a new type of waste gas combustion treatment facility in large petrochemical enterprises.Because of its low installation height,easy maintenance,high degree of automation and large processing capacity,it has been widely used.The multi-point ground torch of 800000 t/a ethylene plant of Sinopec(Wuhan)Co.,Ltd.has been put into operation for 7 years,and has gone through a period of overhaul smoothly.During the long-term operation,there are some production problems,such as the blockage of the long light,the blockage of the flare head,the liquid in the main recovery gas pipe,and the unstable operation of the recovery compressor.This paper discusses the countermeasures of these production problems in detail.
