摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理对肾病终末期血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月期间在该院进行血液透析的肾病终末期患者(n=80),采用数字随机表法将其分为实验1组和实验2组,每组40例。实验1组的患者给予常规护理方式,实验2组患者在常规护理的基础上采取护理风险管理,两组肾病终末期血液透析患者风险护理前后生活质量评分情况、心理健康评分情况以及营养情况进行比较分析。结果风险护理前两组患者生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,实验2组患者疲劳、躯体症状、与他人关系以及挫折评分均优于实验1组;两组患者护理前SDS评分以及SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,实验2组患者心理健康评分以及营养状况均优于实验1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理有助于肾病终末期血液透析患者改善生活质量,消除不良心理情绪,临床效果更显著。Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on the quality of life of patients with end-stage renal hemodialysis.Methods Patients with end-stage renal disease(n=80)who underwent hemodialysis in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into experiment 1 group and experiment 2 group by digital random table method,each group 40 example.Patients in the experimental group 1 were given conventional nursing methods.Patients in the experimental group 2 were given nursing risk management on the basis of conventional nursing.The two groups of patients with end-stage renal hemodialysis before and after risk nursing were evaluated for quality of life,mental health scores,and nutrition analysis.Results There was no statistical difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients before risk nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the fatigue,physical symptoms,relationship with others,and frustration scores of the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the experimental group.There was no significant difference in SDS scores and SAS scores between patients before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the mental health scores and nutritional status of patients in experimental group 2 were better than those in experimental group 1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management is helpful for end-stage hemodialysis patients with renal disease to improve quality of life,eliminate adverse psychological emotions,and have more significant clinical effects.
