摘 要:目的医疗卫生行业的竞争和精细化管理程度日益加深,医疗机构迫切需要合理配置药学人员,提高运行效率。方法通过专家咨询、因子分析和多元线性回归等方法,实现药学人员的合理配置。结果建立采购中心、管理中心优化人数与实际在岗人数,门诊药房与总诊疗人次数、住院药房与实际占用总床日数的线性方程得出各个岗位最佳人员数配置。结论药学人员配置应遵循科学合理的标准,配置人数需与业务状况相关。Objective The degree of competition and refined management in the medical and health industry is deepening.Medical institutions urgently need to rationally allocate pharmacy personnel and improve operating efficiency.Methods Through the methods of expert consultation,factor analysis and multiple linear regression,a reasonable allocation of pharmacy staff was achieved.Results A linear equation was established to optimize the number of purchasing centers and management centers and the actual number of on-the-job employees,the number of outpatient pharmacies and the total number of inpatients,and the number of inpatient pharmacies and the total number of bed days actually occupied obtarn each post optimal personnel allocation.Conclusion The staffing of pharmacy should follow scientific and reasonable standards,and the number of staffing should be related to business conditions.
