摘　　要：目的分析TPPA+TRUST检测方法于梅毒患者临床诊断中的效果。方法将2017年2月-2019年5月该医院诊断的88例性传播疾病患者归入试验组,同时选择61名健康体检者和61例非梅毒患者分别归入对照1组、对照2组,全部受检者都接受TPPA检测及TRUST检测,统计测定结果。结果试验组TPPA+TRUST阳性占比和TRUST阳性占比、TPPA阳性占比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组TPPA阳性23.86%,TRUST阳性17.05%,TRUST和TPPA都阳性12.50%,TRUST阳性而TPPA阴性45.45%,TPPA阳性而TRUST阴性11.36%;试验组TRUST阳性滴度大于1:4的患者TPPA阳性占比高于TRUST阳性滴度小于等于1:4的患者(P<0.05);TRUST阴性的患者中,TPPA阳性占比是9.59%。结论在梅毒患者的临床检测过程中使用TPPA+TRUST测定方式可得到较好效果,促使梅毒患者的阳性检出情况提高,提升临床梅毒诊断准确度。Objective To analyze the effect of TPPA+TRUST detection method in the clinical diagnosis of syphilis patients.Methods 88 cases of sexually transmitted diseases diagnosed in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were classified into the test group,while 61 healthy medical examiners and 61 non-syphilis patients were selected into control group 1 and control group 2 respectively,all subjects received TPPA test and TRUST test,statistical measurement results.Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of TPPA+TRUST positive,the proportion of TRUST positive,and the proportion of TPPA positive in the test group(P>0.05);the test group was 23.86%TPPA positive,TRUST positive 17.05%,and both TRUST and TPPA were positive 12.50%.TRUST-positive and TPPA-negative 45.45%,TPPA-positive and TRUST-negative 11.36%;the proportion of patients with TRUST-positive titer greater than 1:4 in the test group was higher than that of patients with TRUST-positive titer less than 1:4(P<0.05);TRUST-negative patients had a positive TPPA of 9.59%.Conclusion The use of TPPA+TRUST in the clinical detection of syphilis patients can achieve better results,promote the positive detection of syphilis patients,and improve the accuracy of clinical syphilis diagnosis.
