摘　　要：目的通过比较分析2017-2018年西安地区血液复检不合格情况,为招募低危无偿献血者提供理论依据。方法收集统计西安市中心血站2017年1月-2018年12月血液复检不合格的无偿献血者资料,按性别、年龄、文化程度、职业差异和血液检测项目进行分类,运用统计学方法进行分析。结果 2017-2018年西安地区无偿献血者血液复检不合格率为1.86%,血液检测项目不合格率由高至低依次为ALT(0.5%)、抗-HCV(0.4%)、HBsAg(0.4%)、抗-TP(0.4%)、抗-HIV(0.1%)、其他(0.1%)。男性献血者的血液复检不合格率高于女性;18~25岁年龄段血液复检不合格率明显高于其他年龄段的献血者;文化程度中"高中或中专"群体和职业中"学生"群体的复检不合格率显著高于其他群体。结论应加强无偿献血知识的宣传,完善献血前健康征询和筛查,确保血液来源于低危献血人群,减少血液资源浪费,进一步提高血液安全。Objective To provide a theoretical basis for the recruitment of low-risk unpaid blood donors through a comparative analysis of unqualified blood retests in Xi'an from 2017 to 2018.Methods The statistics of unpaid blood donors who failed the blood retest in the blood center of Xi'an from January 2017 to December 2018 were collected and classified according to gender,age,education level,occupational differences and blood testing items.Statistical methods were used for analysis.Results From 2017 to 2018,the unqualified rate of blood retests for unpaid blood donors in Xi'an was 1.86%.The unqualified rate of blood testing items was ALT(0.5%),anti-HCV(0.4%),HBsAg(0.4%),Anti-TP(0.4%),anti-HIV(0.1%),others(0.1%).Male blood donors have a higher rate of failed blood retests than women;18 to 25 years of age have a significantly higher rate of failed blood retests than blood donors of other ages;"high school or technical secondary school"groups and occupations"the retest fail rate of the“student”group was significantly higher than other groups.Conclusion The promotion of the knowledge of unpaid blood donation should be strengthened,and the health consultation and screening before blood donation should be improved to ensure that the blood originates from low-risk blood donors,reduce waste of blood resources,and further improve blood safety.
