生物过滤法处理香精香料厂废气的研究

摘　　要：针对某香精香料厂排放的废气成分种类多、成分复杂、嗅阈值低的特点,采用生物过滤法对废气进行处理,结果表明,净化后气体臭气浓度达到了《恶臭(异味)污染物排放标准》(DB31/1025-2016)的排放限值,VOCs的去除效率达到95%。In view of the characteristics of a large number of components,complex structure and low-threshold olfactory of waste gases emitted from the flavors and fragrances factory,the biofiltration method was adopted to treat the waste gas.The results showed that the odor concentration of the purified gas reached the emission limit of“Emission standards for odor pollutants”(DB31/1025-2016),and the removal efficiency of VOCs reached 95%.
