对海南省汽车尾气污染防治对策的探究

摘　　要：随着海南省汽车保有量的持续增加,汽车尾气对环境造成的污染是构成重要的污染源。已经严重制约着我省经济的发展,与习近平总书记提出的“绿水青山就是金山银山”环保理念产生严重背离。本文既分析了汽车尾气污染物的生成以及污染物的危害性,同时又提出了改善治理汽车尾气污染对策,既要在排气净化系统上做足工夫,又要在燃油方面以及发动机方面更加努力,特别是在污染防治与管理上要出台新的对策,来寻求汽车工业发展和环境保护之间新的平衡。With the continuous increase of automobile ownership in Hainan Province,the pollution caused by automobile exhaust gas is an important source of pollution.It has severely restricted the economic development of Hainan Province,and has severely deviated from the environmental protection concept of General Secretary Xi’s proposal that“green mountains and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains.”This article not only analyzes the generation of automobile exhaust pollutants and the harmfulness of pollutants,but also proposes that to improve the control of automobile exhaust pollution,we must not only work hard on the exhaust purification system,but also work harder on the fuel and engine aspects in particular,new countermeasures must be introduced in pollution prevention and management to seek a new balance between the development of the automobile industry and environmental protection.
