环境监测质量管理现状及发展对策探析

摘　　要：进入21世纪之后,我国经济飞速发展的同时也产生了不容忽视的问题。其中环境问题尤为突出,要从根本上改善环境,除了提倡企业和个人做好环保工作之外,政府也早在县级以上的城市设立了环境监测站,旨在通过对空气、水源、土地、固体废物、企业排放物等物质进行检测监视,掌握环境质量及变化趋势。环境监测是其他环境工作开展的前提和依据,在环境保护中发挥着重要作用。因此,本文从环境监测质量管理中的现实情况以及监测工作中的不足进行了分析,并提出了一些相对科学的解决措施及对策。After entering the 21st century,China’s rapid economic development has also caused problems that cannot be ignored.Among them,environmental problems are particularly prominent.To fundamentally improve the environment,in addition to advocating that enterprises and individuals do a good job in environmental protection,the government has also established environmental monitoring stations in cities above the county level to detect and monitor solid wastes,corporate emissions and other substances to grasp environmental quality and trends.Environmental monitoring is a prerequisite and basis for other environmental work,and plays an important role in environmental protection.Therefore,this paper analyzes the actual situation in the environmental monitoring quality management and the deficiencies in the monitoring work,and puts forward some relatively scientific solutions and countermeasures.
