长春新碱联合环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮机制研究进展

摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮属于自身免疫介导的有多系统损害的一种结缔组织病,在自身免疫病中患病率、病死率均较高,严重危害了广大女性身体健康,目前尚无特异性的治疗方法。近年来我国学者根据细胞周期动力学原理开创了一种新兴的治疗方法-序贯使用长春新碱和环磷酰胺。该疗法较以往单用大剂量环磷酰胺冲击疗效好,不良反应少。该文就长春新碱联合环磷酰胺治疗系统性红斑狼疮作用机制研究现状作一综述。Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune-mediated connective tissue disease with multiple systemic damage.The prevalence and mortality of autoimmune diseases are high,which seriously endangers the health of women,without any specific treatments.In recent years,Chinese scholars have created a new treatment method based on the principle of cell cycle dynamics-sequential use of vincristine and cyclophosphamide.Compared with the previous single-dose high-dose cyclophosphamide,this therapy has better curative effect and fewer side effects.This article reviews the current research on the mechanism of vincristine combined with cyclophosphamide in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
