摘　　要：目的分析丹红注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月-2019年6月在该院就诊的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死112例,经随机原则分成对照组及观察组,每组56例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组联用常规治疗方案及丹红注射液,分析组间治疗效果差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组、对照组治疗后14 d空腹血糖水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),但治疗前及治疗后组间空腹血糖数据均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后14 d NIHSS评分低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后14 d VEGF高于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后14 d hs-CRP水平低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹红注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的临床效果良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 112 patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 56 cases.The control group received conventional treatment and the observation group.Combined with conventional treatment regimen and Danhong injection,the difference in treatment effect between groups was analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose level in the observation group and the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the fasting blood glucose data before and after treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the NIHSS score of the observation group at 14 days after treatment was lower than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05);the VEGF of the observation group at 14 days after treatment was higher than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05);Hs-CRP levels in the observation group at 14 days after treatment were lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection has good clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.
