快速康复护理在结直肠癌伴糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理在结直肠癌伴糖尿病患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择该院2018年12月-2019年9月在该院行手术治疗的80例结直肠癌伴糖尿病患者进行研究,根据不同护理方式将其分为对照组(n=40,给予常规护理)与观察组(n=40,给予快速康复护理)。观察比较两组手术前后炎性反应[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、空腹血糖(FPG)水平变化情况,同时比较两组术后恢复情况。结果两组术后的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、FPG水平均比术前有明显降低,而观察组的降低程度更优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组首次肛门排气时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理应用于结直肠癌伴糖尿病患者围手术期中能有效减轻患者的炎性应激反应,降低血糖水平,缩短术后康复时间。Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of colorectal cancer patients with diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer and diabetes who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from December 2018 to September 2019 were selected for study.They were divided into control groups according to different nursing methods(n=40,given routine care)and observation group(n=40,given rapid rehabilitation care).Observe and compare the changes of inflammatory response[C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)],and fasting blood glucose(FPG)levels before and after surgery in the two groups,and compare the two groups of postoperative recovery.Results The levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and FPG in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the preoperative group,and the reduction level in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The passage gas anus time,time to defecation,time to get out of bed,and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation nursing can effectively reduce the inflammatory stress response of patients with colorectal cancer and diabetes during the perioperative period,reduce blood glucose levels,and shorten the postoperative recovery time.
