控制血糖护理在老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者围术期中的应用效果探究

摘　　要：目的研究围术期中应用控制血糖护理老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者的效果。方法选择2018年3月-2019年9月在该院就诊的60例老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者为该研究的研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者予以常规围术期护理,观察组在此基础上加以控制血糖护理。观察两组患者围术期指标,包括切口愈合时间、下床时间和住院时间及术前、术后的空腹血糖水平的变化情况。结果护理后,观察组的切口愈合时间、下床时间及住院时间明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术前、术后的血糖水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期中应用血糖控制护理老年胃癌合并糖尿病患者,能够降低且保持患者围术期的血糖水平,提高了切口的愈合速度,有效缩短患者的围术期,临床价值高。Objective To study the effect of blood glucose control in elderly patients with gastric cancer and diabetes during perioperative period.Methods Sixty elderly patients with gastric cancer and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects in this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases in each group.The control group based on the routine perioperative nursing,the observation group based on this to control blood glucose care.Observe the perioperative indicators of the two groups of patients,including the time of incision healing,bed time and hospital stay,and the changes of fasting blood glucose levels before and after surgery.Results After nursing,the incision healing time,bed time,and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The blood glucose levels before and after surgery were significantly lower in the two groups than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of blood glucose control during the perioperative period in nursing elderly gastric cancer patients with diabetes can reduce and maintain the patient's perioperative blood glucose level,improve the healing speed of the incision,effectively shorten the perioperative period,and have high clinical value.
