持续健康教育在糖尿病合并白内障围手术期护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的观察持续健康教育对糖尿病合并白内障围手术期护理效果的影响。方法选取该院2017年9月-2019年4月间因糖尿病合并白内障接受手术治疗的152例患者,按照围手术期护理健康教育方法不同分为两组,对照组76例接受常规护理方案,观察组76例在对照组护理方案基础上采用持续健康教育,对比分析两组间护理效果差异。结果观察组教育后围手术期健康知识评分、自我护理能力评分、健康教育满意度及术后24 h血糖水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论持续健康教育有利于提高糖尿病合并白内障患者健康知识掌握效果,增强自我护理能力、提高血糖控制效果,改善糖尿病合并白内障围手术期护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of continuous health education on perioperative nursing effect of diabetes combined with cataract.Methods A total of 152 patients who underwent surgical treatment for diabetes combined with cataract in our hospital from September 2017 to April 2019 were divided into 2 groups according to different perioperative nursing health education methods.76 patients in the observation group adopted continuous health education based on the nursing program of the control group,and analyzed the difference in nursing effects between the two groups.Results The perioperative health knowledge score,self-care ability score,health education satisfaction,and 24h postoperative blood glucose level in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing health education is beneficial to improve the health knowledge of diabetic patients with cataract,enhance self-care ability,improve blood glucose control effect,and improve perioperative nursing satisfaction of diabetic patients with cataract.
