摘　　要：社会主义初级阶段理论和"新时代"重大判断,是我们党在改革开放两个关键时间节点提出的重要原创性科学论断。社会主义初级阶段理论科学揭示我国基本国情,奠定了中国特色社会主义理论体系的立论基础。"新时代"重大判断反映我国发展新的历史方位,指明我国基本国情的新变化和面临的新课题,深化了社会主义初级阶段理论。新时代是社会主义初级阶段长期进程中由富起来到强起来的阶段,赋予了社会主义初级阶段新内涵和新特点。在新时代坚持社会主义初级阶段理论和党的基本路线,要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,聚焦实现宏伟目标,紧扣解决社会主要矛盾,满足人民对美好生活需要,在改革、发展和稳定上有新举措,推进国家现代化建设事业。The theory of the primary stage of socialism and the major judgment of"new era"are the important original scientific judgments put forward by our Party at two key time points of reform and opening up.The theory of the primary stage of socialism scientifically reveals China's basic national conditions and lays the foundation for the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The important judgment of"new era"reflects the new historical orientation of China's development,points out the new changes in China's basic national conditions and the new problems our country faced,and deepens the theory of the primary stage of socialism.The new era is a stage from getting rich to getting strong in the long-term process of the primary stage of socialism,which endows new connotation and new features to the primary stage of socialism.To adhere to the theory of the primary stage of socialism and the basic line of the Party in the new era,we should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the guide,focus on the realization of the grand goals,solve social principal contradictions,meet the people's needs for a better life,take new measures in reform,development and stability,and promote the cause of national modernization.
