愈伤接骨汤联合经皮微创接骨板固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察愈伤接骨汤联合经皮微创接骨板固定(percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation,MIPPO)治疗胫骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取72例胫骨中下段骨折患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。对照组给予锁定加压接骨板(locking compression plate,LCP)结合MIPPO治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上术后采用愈伤接骨汤治疗。比较两组患者术后骨折愈合时间、术前术后VAS评分、术后并发症发生率。结果:对照组愈合率为80.05%,治疗组愈合率为94.44%,两组愈合率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后VAS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量与手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后伤口感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后骨折愈合时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:愈伤接骨汤联合MIPPO治疗胫骨中下段骨折,可以促进胫骨中下段骨折患者骨折愈合,减轻患者疼痛,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wound-Healing and Bone-Setting Decoction combined with percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation on fracture of middle and lower tibia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with fracture of middle and lower tibia were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking compression plate(LCP)combined with MIPPO technology.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Wound-Healing and Bone-Setting Decoction.The fracture healing time,preoperative and postoperative VAS scores,postoperative complication rate of the two groups were observed,and limb function scores after treatment in two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 80.05%in the control group and 94.44%in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05);there was significant difference in VAS score in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the wound infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in postoperative fracture healing time between the two groups(P<0.05).The function excellent rate of Johner Wruhs was 83.3%in the control group and 91.6%in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating fracture of middle and lower tibia,Wound-Healing and Bone-Setting Decoction combined with percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation can promote the fracture healing of the patients,reduce the pain of,and has a good effect.
