中西医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变研究述评

摘　　要：西医治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)在严格控制血糖的基础上采用口服羟苯磺酸钙、抗血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)药物及手术治疗;中医辨证论治、口服中成药及中医外治法(中药离子导入、耳穴疗法、针刺疗法、熏洗疗法等)也广泛运用于DR的治疗。目前,中医治疗仍存在一些问题:①中医对DR的辨证分型不统一,各成一家,无法有效的发挥中医辨证治疗的优势。②试验样本数量太小,缺乏可信度。③缺少对药效机制的研究。在临床诊治中,应最大限度地发挥中西医结合的优势,全方位提高糖尿病眼病的诊疗水平,进而提高DR患者的生活质量。In terms of treating diabetic retinopathy(DR),Western medicine therapies include calcium dobesilate,anti vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)for oral administration and surgical treatment on the basis of strict control of blood glucose.TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese patent medicine for oral administration and TCM external treatment(including,iontophoresis of TCM,auricular point therapy,acupuncture therapy,fumigating and washing therapy of TCM,etc.)are also widely used in treating DR.At present,there are still some problems in treating DR with:①The differentiation and classification of DR by TCM is not unified,and each therapy cannot effectively play the advantages of TCM.②The number of test samples is too small to be reliable.③There is lack of research on the mechanism of drug efficacy.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,we should give full play to the advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,improve the diagnosis and treatment level of diabetic eye diseaseo,and improve the quality of life of DR patients.
