摘 要:采用癸二酸(SA)、对苯二甲酸(PTA)、乙二醇(EG)进行熔融缩聚反应,合成了不同含量SA改性PET共聚酯,探讨了SA添加量对改性PET共聚酯的聚合过程及常规性能指标的影响,对其拉伸和弯曲性能进行了表征。结果表明:随SA用量的增加,所得改性PET共聚酯的特性黏度逐渐增大,且其端羧基(COOH)、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、冷结晶峰温度(Tc)、熔融结晶峰温度(Tmc)和熔点(Tm)等指标均呈下降趋势;拉伸强度变化不大,断裂伸长率逐渐变大;弯曲强度与弯曲模量在SA含量超过5%后呈下降趋势。In this paper,SA,PTA,EG were used for melt polycondensation to synthesize PET copolyester modified by SA with different content.Firstly,the effect of SA content on the polymerization process and conventional properties of modified PET copolyester was discussed.Then the relationship between the structure of modified PET copolyester and its tensile and bending properties was studied.The results showed that with the increase of SA content,the dynamic viscosity of modified PET copolyester increased gradually,and the indexes of COOH,DEG,Tg,Tc,Tmc,Tm decreased.The tensile strength changed little,and the elongation at break increased gradually.The bending strength and modulus decreased after SA content exceeded 5%.
