摘　　要：文章运用内容分析法,归纳了161篇文献内容,从IT战略规划、业务流程规划、IT架构规划及IT实施规划四方面揭示了国内IT规划研究进展:IT战略规划包括规划目标及步骤;业务流程规划包括业务流程管理及规划步骤;IT架构规划包括应用架构、技术架构、数据架构及基础设施架构规划;IT实施规划包括规划原则及内容、方法及步骤、实施及反馈。Using the content analysis method,the authors sum up the contents of the 161 articles,revealed research development of IT planning in China from four aspects of IT strategy planning,business process planning,IT architecture planning and IT implementation planning.IT strategic planning includes planning objectives and steps.Business process planning includes business process management and planning steps.IT architecture planning includes the planning of applications architecture,technology architecture,data architecture and infrastructure architecture.IT implementation planning includes planning principles and content,planning methods and steps,planning implementation and feedback.
