摘 要:轴承的刚度性能对机车车辆的平稳舒适性起着重要作用。弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承是一种改善应力集中和综合性能优良的新型轴承。综合分析机车轮对轴箱的复杂载荷分布,通过Hertz接触理论确定弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承内部的载荷分布。采用有限元方法对弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承和普通圆柱滚子轴承进行分析,通过计算以预负荷和滚动体数量为变量对两种圆柱滚子轴承刚度和最大等效应力的影响。结果表明:弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承和普通圆柱滚子轴承的刚度和最大等效应力随着预负荷的增大而增大;随着滚动体数量的增大刚度增大但最大等效应力减小。综合疲劳破坏考虑弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承较普通圆柱滚子轴承的承载性能具有明显的优势。The stiffness of bearing plays an important role in the comfort of rolling stock.Elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is a new type of bearing which can improve stress concentration and comprehensive performance.The complex load distribution of locomotive wheelset axle box is analyzed comprehensively,and the load distribution inside elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing is determined by Hertz contact theory.The finite element method is used to analyze the elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing and the ordinary cylindrical roller bearing.The results show that the stiffness and maximum equivalent stress of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing and ordinary cylindrical roller bearing increase with the increase of preload.The stiffness increases but the maximum equivalent stress decreases with the increase of the number of rolling bodies.Considering comprehensive fatigue failure,elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing has obvious advantages over ordinary cylindrical roller bearing in bearing capacity.
